How to make the most of this journal
This journal has been designed for you as a guide to your journey into a life of more Zen. The journey is forever ongoing but even tiny steps can lead to more enhanced peace, calm and fulfilment. Each one of you is on your own personal journey, so your experiences will vary accordingly. My purpose here is to help guide you to find your own true path, insights and joy along the way.
How the journal is organised. Each month is designed to be flexible and allow for your own needs and creativity through writing, sketching and mind mapping etc. The month starts with a different focus from Zen wisdom to inspire and guide you. How you follow the Zen wisdom and express yourself is entirely up to you and what feels right.
Just flow and allow what will be but enjoy and accept the process.
